Suggested CD's and DVD's

For Meditation:

Holy Harmony by Jonathan Goldman and Sarah Benson (with tuning forks)

SOMA by Tom Kenyon

Chakra Chants by Jonathan Goldman

Infinite Pool by Tom Kenyon

Chakra suite by Steven Halpern (with crystal bowls)

Tom Kenyon, Steven Halpern and JonathanGoldman have many CD's to listen too, I suggest listening in the store or on line samples if possible first. Some are more meditative and others are more for healing or activation purposes, and not as relaxing, many have Theta imbedded or tuning forks and sound therapy aspects, depending on what purposes you were looking for using them.

Check out our Sound Healing Meditations on our Crystal Music and Sound Healing Page.

For Quantum work: The Matrix Energetics Experience, by Dr.Richard Bartlett, is six CD's, a DVD and cards and workbook all together.

Qi Gong by Ken Cohen, DVD. I enjoy this DVD for when I can't make my Qi Gong class, of course it's best learned in a class setting. It's a nice gentle yet powerful physical/spiritual healing experience.

Other DVD's:

What the Bleep Do We (k)now! (Captured Light and Lord of the Wind Films).

Infinity, about life after death by John Holland, Brian Weiss, and many others (Sacred Mystries) featuring well known Gregg Braden, Neale Donald Walsh, Dannion Brinkley and Alberto Villoldo.

Whale Rider, a film by Niki Caro and also a Charles Sturridge film which is Fairy Tale A True Story.

"This is a reminder. While you're using your imagination, embracing your dreams, and spending time visualizing positive performance, don't forget to let go. Don't worry about how things will come to pass. Your part is seeing the best for yourself. Then return to the details of your daily life. It's safe to let go and let God. Just because we have creative powers to imagine doesn't mean we have to control the rest. Say, I see, then let it go. Let God work the manifest."

More Language of letting go by Melody Beattie
